Do you offer exchanges and returns?
We offer exchanges and returns on selected items.
The following products are final sale and are non-returnable under any circumstances:
-Cosmetics: Eyelashes, Facial tools, Facial Products, Facial Stickers, Hair extensions
-Intimate goods/Sanitary goods: Swimwear, panties, boxers, briefs, socks, bodysuits, thongs
-Accessories: Hair accessories, hats, sunglasses, visors
-Jewelry: Earrings, ear cuffs, chains, chokers, bracelets, necklace, anklet and all body accessories
-Sale Items: Discounted items, marked down items
Due to the nature of these products we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of damaged products.
Defective or Damaged Goods
If an item may be considered defective, please email firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your Name, Order Number, and A Photo of The Product. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of purchase. If the product is deemed defective by utierre.com, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.
Refused or Returned Packages
Packages returned to our facilities will be refunded only if eligible. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable and will be subtracted from your refund. If you require a reshipment, a new shipping fee will be charged. In case of refused packages, the shipping and handling fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund.
Exchanges are offered only on full-priced items. Please include the style name, size, and color of the product you would like in exchange for the item originally purchased. If the exchange style selected is of a greater value than the original item purchased, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If your exchange is approved and has a difference in value, we will email you an Utierre.com payable invoice. This invoice will include all information regarding exchange. Invoice must be paid in full before the exchange can be made.
Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery. If 10 days after your delivery have passed, unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange your order. All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the original purchase price. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable and will be subtracted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging as you received it. A Proof of purchase receipt including your name and order number is required with your return. We recommend that you use traceable shipping services for your returned package. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email with an approval or rejection of your return.
Any item that is returned with obvious signs of use, not in its original condition or packaging, damaged, missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or has been 10 days after the date of delivery, do not qualify for a refund.
If the order was a gift from another person, you’ll only be eligible for an utierre.com gift card credit for the value of the purchase being returned minus shipping and handling fees. If your return has been approved, a gift card will be automatically emailed to the email listed in the original order.

Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order or refunded with a full store credit. Please note, we only accept returns from utierre.com orders.

Refunds are issued for fully priced items returned in original, unworn, unused and unwashed conditions and must be in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges of any merchandise that do not meet the above specifications.
