Refund policy

Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order or refunded with a full store credit. Please note, we only accept returns from utierre.com orders. 

All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the original purchase price. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable and will be subtracted from your refund. 

Refunds are issued for fully priced items returned in original, unworn, unused and unwashed conditions and must be in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges of any merchandise that do not meet the above specifications.
