How do I track my order?
When will my order be shipped?
Processing time is 1-2 business days. Regular orders and Rush Handling will be processed and shipped out from our warehouse in 24 hours with the exception of orders placed Fridays after 2 pm PST, or orders received during the weekend or Holidays. These orders will be processed the next business day. During the High Season orders can experience delays to be processed.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. No shipments go out on weekends or Holidays.
I still have not received my order confirmation email, where is it?
Try looking in your junk or spam folder. You can also search your emails for "Order Confirmation # from: firstname.lastname@example.org"
My tracking number is not showing any information.
Tracking is emailed to you the moment your order ships. However, carriers do not update tracking for 24-48 hours after the initial scan of your shipment. We ask that you check back in 48 hours. If you still do not see tracking information please contact one of our Experts at email@example.com.
Customers are responsible for the return-shipping fee and it is not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order. Please note, we only accept returns from utierre.com orders. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable and will be subtracted from your refund. If you require a reshipment, a new shipping fee will be charged.
Delayed, lost or stolen packages
Customers assume all responsibility for their package once the package leaves our facility.
In case of delayed, lost or stolen packages, please fill out a claim at your shipping carriers webpage. Once a claim has been filed please send us the claim information and we will wait on the results of the claim before proceeding forward. Time in transit depends on the shipping method selected. Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. UTIERRE is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures, customs hold or acts of nature.

Incorrect Shipping information
Please understand that our system prints out shipping labels according to what the customer placed on their shipping and billing information. Please contact your shipping carrier to reroute your package in case of any error on shipping information. A new shipping fee will be calculated and assessed to all orders which need to be re shipped. UTIERRE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
United States Postal Service (USPS)
International Orders: We recommend not to use USPS for shipping addresses located outside of the United States.
USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.
FedEx SmartPost is required for all deliveries at military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped.
Our Rush Handling guarantees that your order will be shipped out of our facilities within 24 hours (with the exception of any rush order placed after 10AM PST on Fridays, weekends or Holidays), however this does not mean that your order will be delivered within 24 hours or is going to expedite the time in transit of the shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to almost every country worldwide. Time in transit does not include the time that customs takes to release the package.
What language should my order be placed with?
All orders must be entered and processed in English.
Which currency are my orders processed in?

Customs and Duties information.
At this time, all customs and duties fees are the customer’s liability and will be charged to you upon receipt of your international shipment. International custom fees are different per country and cannot be calculated into our shipping fees at the time of purchase. All customers agree to pay their taxes and duties in full to receive their items from customs.
How much is shipping to my country?
The cost of shipping depends on the weight of your purchase and your final destination address. Once you enter your shipping address during checkout your shipping cost will appear in your cart before you finalize your purchase. Please note that Customs and Duties may be applied separately from utierre.com once the order arrives to the country of destination.
Returned or Refused Packages
All international packages returned to our facilities will be refunded. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable and will be subtracted from your refund. For any international delivery issues, please contact your carrier with the tracking number provided.
International Package Tracking
We recommend that you choose DHL or UPS International shipping options for international orders. Without using these services, we may not be able to track your package once it leaves the United States.
